Refund Policy

1. Overview

Cloud API Hub sells access to an online software service through paid subscriptions only (Pro, Team, Enterprise, and any paid add-ons). This Refund Policy explains when you may receive a refund. We do not offer a free tier or unpaid trial.

2. 14-day money-back guarantee

If you purchase a paid subscription for the first time on a given plan, you may request a full refund within 14 calendar days of the initial charge for that plan, provided you contact us at support@cloudapihub.com with the email address associated with your account and your invoice or order reference.

After a refund is issued, access to paid features may be revoked immediately or at the end of the processing period. We may decline refund requests that indicate abuse (for example, repeated sign-up and refund cycles intended to avoid payment).

3. Renewals and plan changes

Subscription renewals (monthly or annual) are generally non-refundable except where required by applicable law or explicitly approved by us in writing. If you cancel a renewal, you retain access until the end of the current billing period; we do not prorate unused time unless stated in your Enterprise agreement.

4. Additional credits and usage

Purchases of additional execution credits or metered overages are non-refundable once consumed. Unused prepaid credits may be refunded at our discretion if requested within 14 days of purchase and no substantial usage has occurred.

5. How to request a refund

1. Email support@cloudapihub.com from your account email.
2. Include your organization name, plan, and payment receipt or order ID.
3. Briefly describe the reason for your request (optional but helpful).

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method. Processing times depend on your bank or card issuer, typically 5–10 business days after approval.

6. Chargebacks

Please contact us before opening a payment dispute so we can resolve the issue. Accounts associated with fraudulent chargebacks may be suspended.
