Terms of Service
Last updated: September 20, 2025
1. Agreement
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern access to and use of the Cloud API Hub website (cloudapihub.com), customer portal (app.cloudapihub.com), automation workspace (connect.cloudapihub.com), and related online services (collectively, the "Service") operated under the trade name Cloud API Hub ("we", "us", "our"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
2. The Service
Cloud API Hub is a subscription software service that enables you to configure workflows, connect third-party applications via credentials you provide, and execute automations on our hosted infrastructure. The Service is provided electronically. Feature limits (including execution credits, concurrency, retention, and support channels) depend on your plan as described on our Pricing page.
3. Accounts
You must provide accurate registration information and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account and for configuring access controls for team members. You must enable available security features such as two-factor authentication where appropriate for your organization.
4. Acceptable use
You may use the Service only for lawful business purposes and in compliance with applicable laws and third-party API terms. You must not use the Service to:
- Send spam or unsolicited messages in violation of anti-spam laws;
- Access systems or data without authorization;
- Distribute malware or conduct denial-of-service attacks;
- Scrape or harvest data in violation of a website's terms or applicable law;
- Infringe intellectual property or privacy rights;
- Resell or sublicense the Service except as expressly permitted in an Enterprise agreement.
We may suspend or terminate access if we reasonably believe your use poses security, legal, or operational risk.
5. Subscriptions, billing, and payments
Paid plans renew automatically until cancelled in the customer portal unless otherwise stated at checkout. Prices are listed in euros (EUR) unless noted. Taxes may apply based on your location. Payment processing and invoicing may be handled by our merchant-of-record partners; their checkout terms may apply to the transaction in addition to these Terms.
Access to the Service requires an active paid subscription unless otherwise agreed in writing for Enterprise. We do not offer a free tier or unpaid trial. Refunds are described in our Refund Policy.
6. Customer data and credentials
You retain ownership of data you submit to the Service, including workflow definitions and payloads processed on your instructions. Connection credentials and secrets you store for integrations are encrypted at rest and used solely to operate workflows you authorize. Our handling of personal data is described in the Privacy Policy.
7. Third-party services
Workflows may call third-party APIs and services you choose. We are not responsible for third-party availability, pricing, or terms. The Service may rely on subprocessors and infrastructure providers to deliver hosting, execution, and payment functionality.
8. Intellectual property
We own the Service, platform software, branding, and documentation. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service during an active paid subscription, subject to these Terms.
9. Availability and support
We strive for reliable operation but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Maintenance windows and factors outside our control may affect availability. Support response times depend on your plan.
10. Disclaimer
The service is provided "AS IS" to the maximum extent permitted by law. We disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
11. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, data, or goodwill. Our total liability for any claim arising from the service in a twelve-month period shall not exceed the amount you paid us for the service in that period (or EUR €100 if no fees were paid in that period).
12. Termination
You may stop using the Service and cancel paid subscriptions through the customer portal. We may terminate or suspend the Service for material breach, non-payment, or unacceptable use. Upon termination, your right to access the Service ends; retention and deletion of data follow the Privacy Policy and your plan's retention settings.
13. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Turkey, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Courts in Antalya, Turkey shall have exclusive jurisdiction, except where mandatory consumer protection laws in your country require otherwise.
14. Changes
We may update these Terms by posting a revised version on this page with a new "Last updated" date. Material changes to paid subscriptions will be communicated via the customer portal or email when practicable.
